    • Mark now leads an exceptional team of chefs dedicated to revolutionising workplace cafes across London. Together, they strive to redefine the culinary experience in corporate environments.

    • His advisory services encompass menu development, culinary training, operational efficiency, and enhancing guest experiences.

    • Works closely with clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, crafting bespoke strategies that drive success and elevate their culinary offerings to new heights.

  • Barry MacMillan

    • Barry possesses unparalleled knowledge and expertise in operations management.

    • His most recent role as Executive Chef and Account Manager for one of the largest multi-site catering contracts in London, highlights his ability to handle complex operations on a large scale.

    • Prior to this, he held the position of Head Chef at the Swan at the Globe, where he demonstrated his culinary knowledge and leadership skills.

    • His approach is centred around identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and enhancing productivity with an emphasis on communication and relationship building.

    • Vic specialises in optimising business operations and driving profitability.

    • Trained as a project manager and policy advisor in Whitehall. This background equips her with a keen ability to analyse complex business landscapes and develop effective solutions.

    • Transferred her skills to the hospitality industry nearly 10 years ago, and is on the Board of Directors at a large contract catering company.

    • Vic's primary focus lies in the often-overlooked aspects of business operations. From scrutinising financial metrics to optimising supply chain logistics, she ensures that businesses are set up for sustainable growth and profitability.

    • Aron has held positions as an HSE lead, contract services auditor, and most recently has worked as a food, health, and safety manager for a multi-site business in Central London.

    • Aron's journey began as a caterer in a CPU, which gives him a deep understanding of the intricacies of food production. This unique perspective enables him to approach food safety and health matters with a practical and insightful approach.

    • Aron's qualifications further demonstrate his commitment to excellence. With a Level 4 food safety qualification, HACCP Level 4 certification, NEBOSH accreditation, ISO 9001 lead auditor certification and BRCGS issue 9 lead auditor qualified. He possesses the expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and promote best practices.

    • Aron's proficiency extends beyond on-site operations. He is also qualified to conduct supplier audits, enabling businesses to also assess their suppliers’ operations if they wish.

In her most recent position, she oversees large front-of-house teams for a multi-site operation, showcasing her ability to manage and optimise operations on a significant scale.

    • In addition to events management, Charlotte has experience of managing large and varied operations teams. With her leadership acumen, Charlotte effectively manages teams, ensuring streamlined workflows, effective communication, and a shared commitment to excellence.

  • Allison Murray

    •. Allison is an award-winning branding designer with over 25 years’ experience and knowledge gained from working in London’s top design agencies, including Creative Director at WPP owned Coley Porter Bell.

    • She now runs her own successful solo design business working directly with entrepreneurs and business owners to help them transform their business, revolutionise an existing one or make their dreams a reality. Over the past 5 years she has created the branding for 12 of Peach pubs key establishments, including The High Field in Edgbaston and The White Lion in Leamington Spa.

    •. Her bespoke creative solutions deliver impactful, unique, and successful brands. Cleverly taken across signage, menus, uniforms, livery, packaging, and retail and in some cases into the interiors, she works closely with suppliers and printers to ensure the results are perfect.
